Sometimes friends from Germany visit you

10.08
Hey! Aylin arrived on Monday evening and I went to pick her up, then headed to my place where I gave her these amazingly stupid Vegard’s oven mitts, after what we decided to go back to town to have some dinner. Later at home it was just so very bizarre to have her next to me, answering to my comments and hear her talk??? You know? It didn’t even feel as if it was the second time we met!

11.08
We started the next day by going to visit the TV tower, even though I wasn’t exactly sure how to get there… Yes, you have to bear in mind I’m the worst when it comes to directions. I don’t even want to think where I can accidentally end up like this. I’m so very sorry for all the extra walking I made us do!

It is a pretty cool place and gives a nice view, though it is located very… inconveniently if you want to visit it. And there is nothing really interesting around.
After that we had some food and tried to go to visit one abandoned prison, but it was closed, so we headed back home where I continued being amazed and eating awfully lot of amazing German candy. We did check out another creepy dangerous place I do not recommend before that, though:

12.08
Theeen the next day I had my internship interview in a caffee and it was awkward but went very well and if my school is fine by it, I will work in a legal bureau for around 3 weeks in the beginning of October.
After that we headed to Patarei prison again, meeting with my friend Linda, on the way. OOOOOOH. In the morning we had to go by post office, because a crazy wombat had gotten me a SONDRE LERCHE T-shirt and sweater. (I’m still crying.) *shoots an ad for Sondre shirt*

It is super interesting place and I have been there now for… 3 times plus 1 that I didn’t go and walk around. They have different art pieces up from last year when they had an exhibition called “earth without art is just e.h”. It was not without funny incidences, for example there was another visitor in a dark room who took a photo and we all screamed since, well, that was awful. :’)
The exhibition is mostly taken down though, except for the pictures that make it very breathtaking. Some rooms… you just have to see ythem yourself.
After that we went to eat, but it started raining soon and this stopped us from going around in Old Town so we headed home instead and watched a movie and just were lazy. I love the days where you can do something exciting, but also relax and enjoy doing nothing.

13.08
The next day we had rented a car to go to a few places out of public transport reach! Very important picture of our companion:

Also, I don’t have a driving lisence so Aylin did the driving as I tried to read the map. TRIED to. But I could pick music, we listened to Ylvis so much and it was very very lovely.
We headed to Rummu quarry that also has sand mountains next to it. Of course we used the GPS and ended up in a road that was very bad, offroad, I was panicking very much while Aylin was having fun. We almost got stuck on mud and were worried about the car. :’D There were others as well and having some discussions we figured to get back on the main road and see if we can find a better access. Which we did!

This was the sign welcoming us. Now, Rummu quarry is another prison. Or rather, was. Nowdays it is a popular site for swimming and jumping from the buildings, though it is dangerous and a lot of people have hurt themselves. Diving is very interesting there and near the walls, water is 4 meters deep. I’m not a good swimmer, but I did swim there, even though you can just take a few steps before you won’t reach the ground. It is also quite cold, but since the weather was hot… perfect.
We just stayed there for a few hours during which I managed to burn my face terribly and looked like a panda. Not a pretty one, at that! And when it got a bit cold, we just changed clothes and decided that… yep.

We should climb those. So we found a better place for it, after seeing people on top of the mountains. *casually makes an ad for Sondre’s sweater*

So we did climb around there. It was amazing. Look at that!

We were quite tired, but decided to go and visit a Keila-Joa waterfall, since it is a cool place where I’d never been to, and quite close to the quarry place as well! On the way there we spotted a plane. On the field. (Which we later found and visited, obviously).

Oh hey there. So here I am just standing in a pond, right? WRONG.

Aren’t those amazing pictures? Aylin is a super great photographer. Also, the place was amazing. You could get very close to the waterfall and feel the drops of water on your face, even. Which was very nice, considering my burnt faceee.
After that we headed back home, but stopped near the plane, after asking help to locate it. It belongs to Estonia’s toy plane club! She captured this young boy being very excited over the plane, much like us. We got to go in, since some old man was there and let us; we also could climb to the back of the plain where a person with an automatic… gun thing was located, since it was a Soviet cargo plane and used to carry war stuff. Oh wow, my vocabulary amazes me.

Then home and we were too tired to stay awake much longer than 10! Though before that we stopped and got a pizza (with pineapples, or rather, painapples, am I right?).

14.08
Second day with a car. We decided to go to Viru swamp, though it is a bit farther even than Rummu and we had to take the car back by 3. But it was surely worth it! It is located in a national nature park in Northern Estonia as well, but completely the other direction from the places we visited on the previous day.

There are those small swamp lakes with super clean water that look black when you look in them, or blue when the sun is shining like that. You can also go swimming there, which we sadly couldn’t. This time.

We hiked, well, walked, to the watchtower which was like… a few kilometers away from where we started (3,2 to be exact, I looked it up!). It was nice, sunny, beautiful. And we met so many German tourists! Actually, I think Aylin talked to other tourists more than I did since everyone somewhy knew German!
After this we had to return the car, which was fine, despite the awful road we took to Rummu. And then went home where Aylin cooked me pasta and it was very nice to just hang out. Discuss stuff. Embarrass each other. Also I don’t remember when, but we watched an hour of Sondre’s performance. I had to mention it, you understand!

15.08.
The next day we decided to visit Bastion tunnels and I booked us a time. Bastion tunnels are tunnels under Tallinn. We had a short tour there, just an hour or so and it was very fast so we couldnt’t really get any nice pictures. But it was a cool place; in both how it looked and temperature-wise, since it was only 10 degrees; considering it was about 26 outside. It was still pretty nice and interesting, since the tour started from 2014 and ended in sometime 1200. (We went back in time :’).)
After that we just walked around in Old Town and visited those watching platforms we wanted to visit already earlier. Again, I’m a bad guide, but we found nice places, still. Also, GPS is a lifesaver.

Look at this. I had no idea Tallinn looks so nice, but apparently it does!

At one point Aylin decided to buy me a sunflower. I wonder why… (no I don’t).

So there is that. Later we decided to film the question and answer video (which is still not up, I knooow, I’ve been working for so many days straight, I’m sorry!). And drink something. Tequila, to be honest. It was the worst idea ever, though it was still fun. Again, thank you for hanging out with us on tinychat! Please let’s do that again but without alcohol.

16.08
I felt very ill. Oh gosh, that was horrible. :’D So we enjoyed our time at home, even talked to Dilan on skype, cooked, just went for a walk when it was already dark outside. I could feel myself getting sad already as well, so it was not a nice day. Though we did book tickets for Oslo, picked out Airbnb flat and everything! So… Oslo, here we come. If we were famous, I would say you could meet us if you want to. Not nice was also the next day, 17.08. We slept for quite a long time and then filmed a new Q and A video since the other was too long thanks to your challenge things. :D And we made pancakes (unable to eat them…). And then packed and then… yeah, went to airport and it was so sad I’m feeling sad again god damn it.

So here we are. Ready (or not) for October!

Rest of the wonderful weekend

Aylin took this super touristy picture of me taking a picture. It was so cold I couldn't take my gloves off.

Well, I can't say I forgot about my promise to post about Sunday after the concert, but I kind of didn't have time or motivation, school has been bringing me down quite a bit. But yesterday this wonderful 15 minutes long recap of the concert was posted and everything was so vivid again so here I go.

Soo. Sunday.

Well, we got back to our hostel quite late on Saturday, took a shower and went to sleep. I think I slept for like... 2-3 hours the most, I was half asleep, but not really and it was so uncomfy and I was again cranky and tired in the morning, not to mention my heart was beating fast again thanks to the lack of sleep. We didn't have any food as well. So while we were getting ready, Catherine sent me a message on twitter, saying she is leaving in a few minutes and me and Ursula ran to the reception to tell her goodbye. Damn it, it was horrible! Like last night, saying goodbye to Madara and Kasia and Anu... I just felt a piece of me gone whenever I needed to say goodbye, argh!

So we tried to take a picture of all of us before the concert while standing in a circle since it was just so freaking cold!

From the left: Maria, Catherine, Ursula, me, Aylin and Gerda in front. Thank you for the picture, Maria! I'm really happy to have one with you as well! :)

One more group shot, again from the left: Anu, Catherine, me, Kasia, Laura, Brenda and Aylin and Ursula are in front. Damn, I wish I had a picture with everyone I met. Especially the ones I only saw very briefly. Well, I have one with Chris, but this was taken when the concert just ended and I look awful. :D

I can't wait to see you all again, really. It is such a great, yet awful, feeling to have friends all over the world. Like I cannot believe I've seen you all! And also, Maria was in our hostel but I didn't even see her in the morning. :( And she is from Macedonia so it's pretty damn far! But let's hope I'll have a chance to see everyone again! (Damn, this makes me so jealous of people who can go to Norway in August. Well, I could possibly go, but then October and Raske Menn would be out of question so no. I mean, I've seen them once already and now iis my chance to see the others as well so... BUT I can possibly meet The Frauds girls, since lovely Stephanie contacted me on twitter and said we just have to meet if there is a possibility! And what's better than to get more friends from so different places and then cry over it later?!)

Also one random question - since when has twitter become such a big part in my life? I'm there at evey possible minute, even though before... December I barely used it! But I have nothing against it, it has been quite amazing, I discovered Sondre, Kaizers Orchestra, Violet Road and also Lawson (shoutout to Elly and Leanne and Ayat and Lyla for them okay!)

Annyway, back to Sweden!

Cold but really lovely! And people were so friendly at stores. And well, everywhere! And spoke great English, too.

I really wish I could go back during the summer and just enjoy it more than I could this time.

On Sunday, we agreed to meet with Aylin already like... 10:30 or 11 at Sergels Torg or near there and have breakfast together. As always, we were a bit late, since we took the wrong exit when leaving the metro. Sounds like us alright.

Me and Aylin had some sort of photo taking contest at one point.

We went to Wayne's cafe and I actually had lasagna and even though I was super hungry, I could barely finish it. It was delicious. And the coffee was great. Then we walked around for a bit, but it was even somewhat colder than on Saturday plus it had started snowing, so it wasn't really that nice, I was frozen! We still had a lot of fun, went into some bookstores and other places on the way, saw some nice buildings and then decided to go to culture house and look around there.

Oh yeah, this was our lovely hostel, I truly recommend you stay there when you go to Stockholm. It's in a nice quiet area.

And it just looks so sweet! Once again, I wish it was summer. The night there cost quite a lot, for me at least, but the location and everything was definitely worth it. It feels like you are on a countryside, even though it's just like 5 minute metro ride from the town center. And even by walking it's not far. Also, random fact, it is amazing to have metro running 24/7!

We saw some people randomly, like Chris and Mimmi and others and I'm still very pissed I didn't talk to them more. :( But well, next time, okay? We stayed there for a while, drank some tea or coffee and just talked.

The culture house had this awesome display of Stockholm and of course I needed to take a picture of Globen. That's where we saw others as well, I have some pictures with Chris and Mimmi on them. :D Kind of accidental-stalkerish much ay?

At some point we decided to get moving, we wanted to go to some store to get some food that we could take on a ferry, our metro ticket was also expired, so we had to walk to the harbour anyway. It was quite a long walk, but weather had somewhat improved and we could actually enjoy the town. It was really nice. Aylin kept her eyes open for Ylvis posters and finally succeeded so we ditched others for a moment to run and get those for ourselves. :'D Mine is really messed up, but I can just say it's SHABBY. Heh heh. Singe should not be allowed to make jokes, like, ever.

Oh man I was so tired but others look nice as always. And cold! How I missed my thick scarf!

We got to the harbour quite early and it was again this awful moment of "I want to talk to you so much but at the same time I don't even know what to say". It always happens when you meet someone for the first time, but feel like you have known them forever. And now I'm somewhat sad again. I'm thinking if I'll ever be walking on the same streets with same people, seeing same things...? Feel the same excitement? Damn, I have this picture in front of my eyes when I'm standing near the entrance 4 at Globen and there are people around me and and and you know? I want  to go back so bad and it has been what, 2 weeks. Why do nice things come to an end? Well, I have something to look forward to, of course, but I still want to go back too!

Our ferry cabin that Gerda decorated out of boredom. It was fun. Everything was fun in conclusion.

Then we said goodbye to Aylin, who was leaving on Monday, and boarded the ferry. Our cabin was on a better spot this time, but at least I was too exhausted to look around. We just went to store to get some water and tea, then just talked and talked some more and finally tried to sleep. I couldn't. Third night in a row, it was a torture. I was sure I was going to die of exhaustion. But at least I had wifi throughout all the journey back. Internet is life, obviously. And I could look at the pictures and videos I took at the concert.

All in all, when I got back to Estonia and was finally home, I still couldn't sleep. But now I'm okay, haven't had any insomniac nights so far, so yay.

But I really just want to say that I'm so grateful for all the people who came to Stockholm and wanted to meet me and did meet me and just had a good time. I don't know, it feels so strange and wonderful and amazing. And also, I'm so happy for discovering Ylvis. I never expected that, but as it seems - unexpected things are the best!

Now I have to focus on other things. Like school Raske Menn.

Soooo... is it time to post a picture of this already? Please hope for me that I can go (and find a way to explain this to my parents :'D).

The fox guys bringing sexy back

BEWARE. You are about to get some REALLY weird content here. And by really weird I mean really weird.

I am a wreck. Totally and utterly. I have slept around 5 hours in 3 days and I'm telling you - it's not enough. And I still can't fall asleep, feeling all nostalgic and happy and sad at the same time. I hate this post concert hangover. I don't remember if it was that bad after BEAST. Probably. But this time I had so much more people to share it with and it makes it worse, not to metion everyone were from all over the world, not just from Estonia. I still can't believe it and I'm pretty sure I just hallucinated the whole thing.

What should I say? It was great and their music is amazing? It was beautiful how much soul they put into the performance? (Hahah. Sorry, I will add some weird comments here and there.) That they were silly and funny and hilarious and beautiful and wonderful and just great? Probably all of it. How am I even going to finish this post here...? Should I even talk about the concert or should I start with how I actually got to Sweden? Cold and snowy Sweden that I now miss so much?

Okay, maybe just a few words of the general trip as well. Me and Gerda met up before going to the harbour, and then saw Laura and Ursula there! We finally boarded after waiting quite a bit and got to our cabin (THE CABIIN heh heh). Put our stuff there and ate a bit, then went to explore the ferry. It was huge and mostly had Estonians on it. We were quite bored at first and Laura and Ursula went back to talk and go to sleep; me and Gerda on the other hand thought we should check out the karaoke and maybe something else. Of course the second song that was sang was You Rise Me Up (this has absolutely nothing to do with Vegard, right). We met some people and, well, ended up going to sleep around 4-5. I didn't sleep. As it sometimes happens to me, I'm in my period of not sleeping. I was exhausted in the morning.

On a ferry, almost Stockholm.

Arriving to Stockholm was amazing, it was so pretty and sunny and snowy! It was too cold even, later, but we'll get to that. We took metro to our hostel and left our stuff there, already ready to go to the concert. We were meeting people at the Sergels Torg before that, though. After finally getting there, we got some good from Burger King and tried to find each other. We did! So it was me, Gerda, Ursula, Laura, Aylin, Kasia, Anu and Brenda. We went to have some tea/coffee and food and sat for a bit, talking and introducing ourselves to each other. Even though it was a bit awkward at first, we got along really well soon! Also, I still can't believe I met all of you?? Like, we are all from so different places and then we just all got together and it felt amazing. I have a lot of feels that I'm not ready to explore yet (like will I ever see you all again in the same place?).

From there, we all moved to metro station and got to the Globe Arenas. It was around 3-4 hours earlier so we just walked around to see what was happening and if there were other people and where is the entrance and so on. Soon we gave up on being outside, however, and decided to go to Globen shopping. We met Anita and Leanne there...! Also Catherine found us; even though we were staying at the same hostel, we didn't leave from there together. I saw some other people while randomly walking around (it was so weird, like you just stand and then someone you are used to speaking in, I don't know, twitter, walks past you???). Aylin also spotted someone who looked like Magnus and it was him indeed, doing some shopping.

We went to McDonalds to have some food/drinks again since everyone were cold. And sat there for a while, using wifi. At some point it was so funny to see everyone just glued to their phones, but hey! We all MET thanks to the internet so what's the bad thing here? Also, I should ask all of you if it's okay to post pictures of you. If it is, I'm going to do it on the next post...

(Why do I look like this?) Anyway, this was when we were waiting to get in.

Anyway, after a bit we decided to go out again and there were a few people near the entrance 4. We just stood around and tried to play some stupid games. Or take pictures. Even though it was getting colder and colder I still really wish I could go back and freeze there! Everyone just talked to each other, random people offered others chocolate and everyone were in good spirits! At some point Aga came to ask if I was Signe and it was just amazing to see her! Also Madara, who was kind enough to give her spare ticket to Aylin. Then later a girl from Macedonia approached us and asked if it's okay if she'd hang out with us! She was Maria and I already miss her and everyone else.

Like really. I haven't even gotten around to write about the concert and I'm already like where are you people, why are you not in Estonia with me? Why do we all have to live so far? Especially the ones I'm used to talking more to!!! It's so frustrating.

Annnnnyway, moving on, we waited around 2 hours or so, even a bit longer since they opened the doors a bit later. Doors at 6:15 pm and concert was supposed to start 7:30 pm. After we got inside, we took our clothes to the coatroom and went to the venue area... there was surprisingly few people, so we all ended up standing in the 4th row or so.

Still an hour to go. Me and Aylin were discussing such ridiculous things and we weren't even excited. I was tired and exhausted and cold and wanted to sleep. I actually kept yawning. Then Elly spotted me, and Chris too; we proceeded to hug in the middle of all those people. I also noticed others, like Mimmi - though I saw her earlier too, and Erin - but left it at that at that point. (Yep, I am super shy and awkward when meeting people I am so sorry. I try not to be but sometimes it wins. ;~;)

It was 7:30 and there wasn't many people and it didn't seem to start. Of course another half an hour or bit more to wait. My back hurt, I just wanted to sit down. And then finally the screens showed The Expensive Jacket Tour logo and clock that counted down from 10. It was the shortest and longest 10 minutes of my entire life. And then it started. Actually, there was this ad for the show. And everyone kept screaming reallllly loudly since oh my god. I was screaming too. I am not ashamed to say that.

And THEN it started. The notes of Pressure started playing and I just thought that it couldn't be real. Was I really there? Wasn't it a dream? But then Bard freaking Ylvisaker just walked up in front of me, STOOD there and actually STARTED to SING. Nope. I was just so done and it felt so crazy. There were people yelling "oh my god they are real". Including me, of course.

Oh you know, just tje first random picture I took... ha. Haha. Hahaha. ;~;

I just... where am I going with this? Should I tell how they looked like?

Well.

Bard Ylvisaker is soooooooo handsome. As you probably figured, he is the favourite of mine out of the brothers. (Also I like the adopted one as people kept saying but right now I'm overwhelmed with this. :_D) To me, he looked exactly like on the pictures but even more? He was just so... real. What can I do, that's what I thought??? And also, he looks freaking great with those short hair! And has beautiful blue eyes! I truly never expected to be so close and notice.

And Vegard Ylvisaker. Vegard Vegard Vegard. Vegard. He was so Vegard. Maybe a bit different than on the pictures? I don't know???? To me, he seemed smaller, but he was soo... genuine and oh man Vegard was so great you have no idea. It was so confusing and I'm still trying to figure everything out that happened there. But wow. Okay, me thinking it's a good thing to write this in my sleep deprived situation... probably not that good idea.

So. They sing Pressure. In. Real. Life. Pressure. Everything. How?

What was next... oh, yes. Shabby Chic. Again - how? The part where Vegard broke the chair and proceeded to throw parts of the chopped chair to people was hilarious. For a moment I actually thought he was going to throw the ax as well but... Signe what the hell.

Shabby Chic is a treasure!

Then came Jeg Heter Finn, my favourite Norwegian song. Before that of course it was time to talk to people and Bard talked how they are now speaking English, like "SORRY LADIES, I AM MARRIED". And he just repeated it quietly after people cheered/booed. The best. And of course: What's his name? VEGARD! What's his name? VEGARD! - NOOO, IT'S FINN! Damn how I love this song (like all of their songs to be honest???!).

There are too many pictures I actually would like to add...

Then it was Work It and it's so confusing, since later when I saw some instagram videos I was like... yeah, Vegard wore those clothes but I don't remember anything about this one??! Oh yeah, it was the part Bard was doing his dance in the back; I was literally on my toes looking at him after yelling at Aylin "can you see him dance oh my god". She did. But she really couldn't care less.

Then it was Mr. Toot time. It was awesome live! I really wanted to know how Bard would do Mr. Toot and I was not disappointed. Not at all. Also, props for Aylin for such an amazing picture...

I mean seriously...

Then - Pie Jesu. I don't even know what it is with me and Pie Jesu, but when I noticed it's going to be this, I just screamed really high and it was somewhat a quiet moment... Yeah, I am truly a lucky girl. (Read: embarassed.) It was great. And the greatest was this blood on Bard's forehead he didn't get off after killing his brother. (Okay that sentence here sounds REAaaaaaALLy weird.)

Somewhy I've started to like the weirdest of their stuff.

Then came the "sometimes we need to rest"-speech. Which ended with me screaming Massachusetts so loudly I didn't think I could sing along to anything later. But oh I did since Massachusetts it was. They threw hamburgers at people. Like real McDonalds cheeseburgers (but they were pretty dry, me and Gerda shared the one Bard threw but who cares it was enough for dinner). Um. Also, I was so glad that Bard did these Calle's parts and I mean he was standing right in front of me during the whole "it should be mass and choose like the mass in massproduce but without produce"-part and it even felt like he looked in my direction but I might (probably am) just be delusional but wow these are some lyrics that speak to me in deeper emotional level. Uh.

Erin's flag! Also, you can see this little bloody spot.

Intolerant. Jesus. I don't think anyone expected to actually be poured over with real milk but that's what we got - milk on our faces while we were grinning and screaming. Also Vegard on that horse... I really want to hear people's thoughts who were not prepared/only came for the fox.

Yep. Nope.

Sometime there was also Tissemann? Or Ytterst pa Tissen to be exact. Which is something I really wanted to hear live even though I totally hated it when it came out? It's my most listened song on iTunes now...

And Trucker's Hitch. Again some talking from Bard's side; I think this was when he needed to cough and managed to make a comedy number out of it. Then they sang the first part adorably (Sondre would be so happy to hear it). And then continued. And I was trying to make a trucker's hitch with my flag but nah. Too difficult while you are trying to yell along to BONITAAAS.

I don't even know anymore.

The Cabin was next. I was so glad Aylin was close to me so I could send some sneaky looks towards her and her face. You know? And also we got to see Magnus on stage for Careless Whisper. Which was just great as well. What were you expecting? He is soooo tall. And it was so lovely how everyone kept yelling his name and music for the next song had already started when he ran away.

Then it was time for Janym and I don't think I've ever sang something so loudly in Russian than this Saturday during this concert.

And then Yoghurt... my somewhy-favourite song of them. (Totally not because all-Bard, right?) It was so great you have no idea I just though I don't want this to end, ever. He asked one fan to say a taste and she said vanilla, so he proceeded to jump around and sing about vanilla-flavoured yoghurt and if this wasn't glorious then I don't know what is. (Or what's wrong with me.)

I just watched the Yoghurt HD video and I just-... Also, the security guy looks so pissed off.

There was a huge surprise too, but I will just keep this to the very end.

Time for Stonehenge. Damn, I love Stonehenge. Well, everyone does! Especially this one drunk guy who tried to run through people and pushed me into 2nd row and I felt so bad for some time and then I still couldn't really move so I just stood there and Vegard ran in front of us.

And Jan Egeland... Gerda's favourite song. You know? It was so great live I will forever be unable to listen to them on my computer or something. Just... general nope.

Here I was on the second row already. I didn't even have to zoom or hold my hands closer to the stage, this is basically how I saw everything???

And the encore song - What Does the Fox Say. That's when it always hit me that I'm going to see them live - when I heard this. And I saw it live. While being just a few meters from the stage. I still can't believe it and I'm very bad at describing it but what can I do, I just felt like I needed to write something down.

More pictures on my instagram.

Oh.

OH.

Well.

At some point Vegard said that there is something else. Before Stonehenge and stuff; after Yoghurt. Somewhy Sexyback music started to play. (It clicked for me that it was in Drammen's setlist but it was taken out so I still had no clue.) And then they asked for a nice guy to volunteer. And even though all girls still wanted to do it as well, Bard picked someone called Mike from the first row. And they took him on the stage and got a chair for him. His hands were tied to the back. They asked where he is from (Romania) and they were seriously just so amazed for a moment.

Mike got a girl to dance for her. For like... 3 seconds. Because then Ylvis took over and it was THE weirdest striptease-lapdance to Sexyback I've ever even seen (not that I've seen others). And I had no idea I wanted to see it. But I guess I did. I guess EVERYONE did.

It was crazy. People who weren't at the concert and saw just someone mention it were soo super confused until people started adding videos. Including me of course. I still can't comprehend everything.

I literally can't explain this.

And then it was basically over. Just... that was it. For no VIPs. But... we still talked to some other people, like Erin and Chris, and it was really just mind blowing to see them in real life?! Weird. I will never stop mentioning it.

I totally found a poster. Well, Aylin did. She has good skanning skills.

Our group moved to town, we took a metro and went to sit in some bar thing, had some drinks and everyone just discussed the hilarity of what had just happened. And how bizarre it felt. And how amazing. And how we didn't ever want to leave. I still want to go back so bad!

I will talk about Sunday and the ferry ride back sometime later, I am still exhausted but I tried to sleep, I just can't. I don't know what is wrong with me.

Just watch this. It will explain some stuff (or make it even more confusing, I don't even know anymore). I have an exam tomorrow; I need to study. That's going to be a mission impossible. But yeah, soon to post about other things we did beside the concert as well. :)

Lists

I don't know what it is with me and lists! I don't particularly like making them, but I love reading them! And I wish I had the patience to actually make up some on my own. Like recently I just read a book "Top ten clues you're clueless" and it was all about different lists... getting a bit off topic here, I know, but I just saw something online that made me think of people's bucket lists. I wish I'd write myself one, but then I'd just be sad for being unable to complete them... but if you don't set anything for yourself, you end up truly NOT doing anything(?). It can also be... Anyway, I figured I'd look around a bit and maybe post some good and not so impossible ones?

Do you have a bucket list? Have you thought of making one? Do you think it's a good idea or a bad idea?

Boarders

So, I have noticed I've written about the times Sade came to visit me, twice, and when me, Gerda and Shingo went to Helsinki. I haven't said anything about when she came to see me in August last year and in December as well! So I'm going to do it now to have this super enjoyable memory trip back sometime later. I have this habbit of going over the highlights of my blog when I'm super bored or just feeling kind of down. Works well, you know? Even after years, I still feel this exciting buzz when I turn back to United Cube posts or somewhere else! Also, as last time I went to the concert, this time as well I have had someone contact me thanks to my blog post... wow.

It will be just some pictures but I think it's enough, in the future I will try to be a bit more... wordy, but it's already March of 2015, so what exactly are you expecting.

Discovering Viljandi together, Gerda helped me by taking Sade to a bus station so she could come and see my hometown/parents' place and it was just great! The fandom dorks - yes, that's who we are!

Compared to Viljandi, Tallinn is a lot more interesting! And we even visited the TV Tower that I hadn't been in before... it's great to have foreign friends - you can go to all cool tourist places you secretly want to go even though you are not a tourist. And when you have to show some other people the town, you already know what to do and where to take them!

It was so windy, but it was all in all great! We picked a good time to go there.

My happy beautiful friend!

And here are some pictures of her December visit:

We went to see The Hobbit in imax cinema, which was great! I should look up what films they are showing there thesedays...

Sadly, even though it was 20 something December, snow was nowhere in sight. But Christmas Market was still on full swing, and it's worth looking at even without any sign of the weather knowing what month it is.

We did eat out a lot, but I do love getting to know new places (or rediscovering old, as in this case: Must Puudel). Recommend! Me and my best friends are into a habit of going to one new place each month to have some delicious food and just hang out. We already have so many favourites, to be honest.

Thank god we are both crazy about cats! Motu doesn't seem that crazy about us, but...

And until next time!

All the things people say about sharing your life on internet - if you are careful enough and trust your instincts, you will probably find the best people. I have found so many amazing friends like this; sometimes we are separated by a few towns or even less, sometimes we are sepatated by the sea, sometimes even by several countries or continents. But I wouldn't be surprised if I actually found myself planning a trip to... Germany, or god knows where! Why not Brazil, why not... Portugal and... I don't know, Texas? There are so many amazing places to see, so many amazing people to get to know!

Right now my mind is stuck with Norway plan (and you cannot deny the role Raske Menn is playing in this), and let's be honest, if I start planning half a year ahead, I should totally go through with it. And why not take my friend from... UK with me?

Sometimes I really love the world. I just have to be reminded it from time to time.

So much more

Also, going through this blog here and changing most of the posts back to drafts I figured it would be great if I continued posting. I mean, it was so nice to read about my previous trips (not that there are many). So I'm trying to keep this up. I also saw a post from 2013 September that featured a youtube video "What does the fox say?". Look where I have become. Only a year and a bit more later I am sitting at home with my ticket, about to attend their concert. Life is sometimes crazy; had anyone told me then that I'm going to see "the fox guys" live, I would have laughed at their face and asked where can I order the new /insert kpop group/ album.

But just look at me now. Weird, huh?

I have met so many great people. Online people. And I'm going to see a lot of them at the concert. It feels as bizarre as exciting. I am actually doing something for myself since 2011 U-CUBE, I'm actually going somewhere without worrying. I am annoyed at some things related to that, sure, but whatever - it's still going to be great and awesome and if not for anything else, I get to think of completely unrelated things to school and work. And this is what's important; I need this freedom from every-day worries. I think everyone does, from time to time.

And I'm planning doing so much more in the future. Plans for summer, plans for freaking October. I wish my life was exciting enough to make plans for every single day, or at least to be in somewhere new, do something new, having no idea what is about to happen. Make plans for going somewhere and then just seeing what it will become is such a great feeling. I just want these spontaneous moments back to my life and I want to have more of them. I also want to travel, meet people, see things...

I just want so much more.

Whoo

In mere ten days time from now I will be on a ferry on my way to see Ylvis and meet all the great people.

And I'm not planning a trip to Norway.
Nope.
HAHAHA who am I kidding of course I am.
Probably in October.
Probably with Raske Menn and a lot of feels.

Cheers
